Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: a new subscription is fully refundable within 14 days only if you have not run any checks yet. Once a check has run, that period is non-refundable — the API cost was already incurred on your behalf — but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing. Renewals and partial months are non-refundable.
1. 14-Day Refund — Unused Subscriptions Only
Because each check uses real, paid third-party AI services on your behalf, refunds work differently from a typical subscription. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment only if you have not run any checks — manual or scheduled — on your account. If any check has been run, the current billing period is non-refundable, because the cost of those API calls was already incurred. You can still cancel at any time to stop all future billing.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewal payments are non-refundable. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date — cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not refund partial or unused portions of a billing period.
4. Annual Plans
The same rule applies as for monthly plans: an annual plan is fully refundable within 14 days of purchase only if no checks have been run. After that window — or once any check has run — the annual term is non-refundable for the remainder of the period, but it will not renew once cancelled.
5. How to Request a Refund or Cancel
Email hello@revpargenius.com with the email address on your account and your order or receipt reference. Once paid billing is handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, you may also manage your subscription and request refunds via the receipt email Paddle sends you at purchase.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
7. Exceptions
We may decline requests outside the 14-day window, requests relating to renewals, or where we reasonably determine the Service has been misused or the policy abused.
