RevPARGenius is an independent research and analytics platform providing hotel market demand intelligence and pricing behavior analysis using publicly available and third-party data.


Payment Terms

For hotel website-design engagements.

In short: A 50% deposit starts your build; the remaining 50% is due on launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and carry a minimum term. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and paid by bank transfer.

1. Pricing and Currency

All prices are quoted and payable in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Build plans start at AUD $9,000 (Essentials), $15,000 (Growth), and $24,000 (Authority), each paired with a monthly growth retainer as described on our website. The price for your engagement is the price stated on your quote or invoice.

2. Build Deposit and Milestones

Website builds are billed in two parts: a 50% deposit payable to commence work, and the remaining 50% payable on launch. Work begins only after the deposit is received. Larger projects may be split into additional agreed milestones, set out on your invoice.

3. Monthly Growth Retainer

The optional growth retainer is billed monthly in advance and is subject to a minimum term based on your plan: 3 months (Essentials), 6 months (Growth), or 12 months (Authority). After the minimum term it continues month to month until cancelled in writing.

4. Payment Method and Due Date

Invoices are paid by bank transfer to the account details on the invoice. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice issue date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please include the invoice number as your transfer reference.

5. Late Payment

If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work and any associated retainer services until payment is received, and timelines shift accordingly. Extended non-payment may result in suspension or termination of the engagement.

6. Scope Changes

Fees cover the scope described in your quote. Additional pages, features, or work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and invoiced separately before that work begins.

7. Website Ownership

On full payment of the build fee, ownership of the completed website and its content transfers to you. Until the build is paid in full, RevPARGenius retains ownership of work produced. The growth retainer is a separate, optional service and is not required to retain ownership of a paid-for build.

8. Taxes

RevPARGenius is a Philippine-registered sole proprietorship. Prices do not include Australian GST. Where a BIR-registered sales invoice or official receipt is required, one will be issued in accordance with Philippine tax regulations.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

For hotel website-design engagements.

In short: Deposits are refundable only before work begins. Once a build is underway, completed and delivered work is non-refundable. Retainers can be cancelled after the minimum term; the current month is non-refundable.

1. Before Work Begins

If you cancel before any work has started, your deposit is refundable, less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example, domain, stock assets, or paid tools).

2. After Work Begins

Because each build involves bespoke audit, design, and development work, the deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel partway through, you are responsible for payment covering the work completed and delivered to the cancellation date. Any amount paid beyond the value of work delivered will be refunded.

3. Delivered Work

Completed milestones, launched websites, and delivered content are non-refundable. Once the site is live or a milestone is delivered and approved, the associated fee is considered earned.

4. Monthly Retainer

The growth retainer may be cancelled in writing at any time after its minimum term. To stop the next month's billing, cancel before your renewal date. The current month's retainer is non-refundable, and we do not refund partial months. Cancelling during the minimum term does not waive the remaining committed months unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Our Right to Cancel

We may end an engagement if a client is unresponsive for an extended period, repeatedly misses payments, or acts abusively. In that case you will be billed for work delivered to date, and any unused balance will be refunded.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

Email hello@revpargenius.com with your invoice number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned via bank transfer; processing times depend on the banks involved.
